Her first priority is to understand the comfort level of each patient by taking a personal interest in their lives. "I seem to have this knack for making people feel at ease," she explains. Part of the appeal of meeeting so many people is appreciating how everyone is different. Lynette doesn't slip into a rote routine while getting to know new patients.
